Not far from La Laguna is the mesmerising relic forest of Anaga, consisting of eucalyptus and laurel trees. More than 20 species of unique plants growing in reserve can not be found anywhere else in the world. This marvellous place will not leave anyone indifferent.
La Laguna is the second-largest city on the island of Tenerife. The university's presence has turned it into a modern student city, the streets of which day and night are full of life. Cosy, vibrant streets are full of shops and hundreds of cafes and restaurants, whose menus often offer authentic Canarian cuisine.
Although the city is not a resort, there are many hotels and hostels of different categories. There is also an opportunity to rent apartments from private owners for short or long terms.
